Out With the Cherry, In With the Apple Cider

Wood Orchard Market, north of Egg Harbor at 8112 Hwy 42, has turned the corner from summer to fall with its latest donut transition. On Aug. 20, staff members sold the market’s final cherry donuts, and they stocked the first apple cider donuts of the year Aug. 21. 

The seasonal, family-friendly market is known for its local produce, in-season fruit, bakery goods, dry goods, jams, preserves and more. You can also expect to find early-season apples and sweet corn, and soon, plenty of varieties of apples, squash, gourds, sunflowers and pumpkins.
