Peninsula Players Extends Scholarship Deadline to April 27

Peninsula Players Theatre is extending the deadline for its student scholarships from April 6 to April 27. A $500 scholarship will be awarded this spring to one student at each of the Door County high schools. Scholarship applicants must be Door County high school seniors who intend to enroll as full-time college or technical students with plans to major or minor in arts management, music (performance or education), or theater (acting, theater studies, theater technology and design).

In response to COVID-19 social-distancing practices, Peninsula Players has canceled its The Play’s the Thing play reading that had been slated for April 6. As of now, the summer season is scheduled to begin on June 16. Visit peninsulaplayers.com for updates and more details.
