Plein Air Landscapes on Display

Forty Jim Leatham original landscape oil paintings are now on display at the YMCA in Fish Creek until June. Leatham’s award-winning work has been featured at the Miller Art Museum and Hardy Gallery for years. His 40 featured plein air paintings of towns, harbors, carnivals and parades familiar to local residents depict the life and activities as well as the beauty unique to Door County.

Leatham is also the founder of Door County Outdoor Painters (formerly the Peninsula Plein Air Painters), a group of accomplished local artists, painting weekly throughout the year.
