Rasmussen Earns $50k Prize for 2nd-Place Finish in Bass Tourney

Sturgeon Bay’s Adam Rasmussen finished 2nd place on bass fishing’s biggest stage, the Bassmaster Classic, scoring the $50,000 prize money. Rasmussen’s fish weighed-in on March 25 at 55 pounds, 4 ounces. 

Widely known as the Super Bowl of Bass Fishing, the three-day event was held in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The tournament paid $300,000 to the winner, Justin Hammer, whose catch weighed 58 pounds, 3 ounces.
