Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Host “Sip and Savor”

Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese in Egg Harbor is celebrating spring at their next “Sip and Savor” tasting evenings. On April 7, the shop will be pairing sparkling wines with some of Wisconsin’s finest artisan cheeses.

Lead cheesemonger, Peter Kordon, will host this evening to familiarize the novice to expert in some incredible cheese and beverage pairings.

The events are free and held from 5 – 7 pm at the shop’s Egg Harbor location, 7813 Highway 42.

Specializing in Wisconsin artisanal cheeses, the Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Shop features over 25 cheese makers and more than 50 types of fresh, aged, and unique cheeses, with a wide selection of charcuterie featuring the best dry cured meats in the Americas.

The Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese Shop is currently open Friday and Saturday from 12 – 5 pm.
