Settlement Farmers Market Opens for Season

The popular Settlement Farmer’s Market will open for the season on Wednesday, June 17. The market is a gathering of local growers and venders using sustainable practices for their natural products. The market is beginning its sixth season and will be open on Wednesdays through late October.

Hours of the market are 10 am – 2 pm or until sellout. Fresh seasonal produce – some organically grown – herbs, fresh flowers and plants will be available along with handmade soaps, jams and jellies and fresh bakery and teas. A homemade lunch of seasonal organic greens with grilled chicken or a homemade tortilla chicken wrap made by Door County Private Chef will be available to take or eat on the grounds.

The Settlement Shops are also celebrating their 35th season this year and are planning some great events throughout the season. The Settlement Shops are located at 9116 Highway 42, one mile south of downtown Fish Creek. For more information about the Farmer’s Market, call 920.868.3788.
