Southern Door School District Sends Pre-school Screening Booklet

Parents of all three and four year-old children in the Southern Door School District should receive a P.A.C.T. pre-school screening booklet in the mail. The booklets will be mailed on Feb. 15. Booklets contain a variety of screening activities to be administered by the parents. The booklet should then be mailed back to the school where it will be reviewed by a team of teachers.

The purpose of this screening is to identify children who may have developmental delays and could benefit from a pre-school program.

If you have a child with a birthday between 9-1-08 and 8-31-10 and do not receive a booklet, contact Sally Vandertie at the Southern Door Elementary/Middle School Office, at 825.7321, ext. 211.
