STEM Shuttle Coming to Gibraltar and Washington Island Schools

The STEM Shuttle (stemshuttle.com), owned and operated by the Dream Flight USA Foundation in Wausau, is scheduled to dock at Gibraltar and Washington Island schools May 24 and 25.

This unusual mobile classroom is in its 18th year of delivering STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and space-travel–related hands-on activities to students in upper-elementary and middle-school grades. The shuttle’s crew members include on-board teachers Sharon Ryan and Sue Bushman, and pilot/driver Dennis Cihlar.
