Step Up Your Nutrition with ADRC of the Lakeshore

Join the ADRC of the Lakeshore on June 8, 9:30-11:30 am, to learn how nutrition affects falls, why muscle matters, how to get enough protein and fluids, and how to eat better to improve your health.

The class will be held on the lower level of the Kewaunee County Public Health & Human Services Building, 810 Lincoln St. in Kewaunee. Class size is limited, so call 877.416.7083 by June 1 to register.
