Sturgeon Bay Students Named 2018 Wisconsin Ambassadors of Music

Sturgeon Bay High School is proud to announce that four music students have been selected to participate in the Wisconsin Ambassadors of Music 2018 European tour. Juniors Marley Gigstead and Ian Bartz and sophomores Katy Carter and DJ Lenius were recommended by music directors Heidi Hintz and Leslie Hill. With the support of their music teachers and parents, these students will perform in seven European countries from June 27 through July 12, 2018.

The Wisconsin Ambassadors of Music ensembles represent the finest high school musicians our state has to offer. The students will perform in England, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Italy and Germany and will experience the culture of each nation while on tour.
