Tasha Schuh Presents “Little Is Huge” at Shepherd of the Bay

Tasha Schuh, inspirational speaker and author from Ellsworth, WI, will speak at an event sponsored by the Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church, on April 28 at 3 pm. The title of her presentation is “Little Is Huge.”

Schuh’s newly released book, My Last Step Backward, is a poignant memoir that seeks to inspire readers to welcome adversity and face their own trap door of opportunity.

After showcasing her talent as the lead in her high school’s production of Grease, Schuh began to dream of a career in theater. Just days before her opening night performance in The Wizard of Oz, sixteen-year-old Schuh took one step backward and fell sixteen feet through a trap door. She would never walk again.

Schuh is the winner of the 2012 National Rehabilitation Champion Award and the reigning Ms. Wheelchair USA 2012-13.

Shepherd of the Bay is located at 11836 Highway 42 in Ellison Bay. For more information call 920.854.2988.
