Teen Workshops at Peninsula School of Art

Entering their third season, Peninsula School of Art’s Teen Workshops connect local teens with working artists through a series of hands-on experiences. Artist mentorship, peer feedback and skill building in 2D, 3D, and digital media allow artists ages 13 to 17 to explore their creative potential.

Workshops include Breaking Down Images into Abstract Painted Expressions with Erin LaBonte on Oct. 19, 9 am – 3 pm, $30 per person; Ceramics: On the Wheel with Bonnie Seaquist on Nov. 16 and 17, 9 am – 3 pm, $60 per person; Introduction to Oil Painting with Kyle Martin on Dec. 7, 9 am – 3 pm, $30 per person; and Screen Printing Fundamentals with Don Krumpos on Jan. 11, 9 am – 3 pm, $30 per person.
