VIDEO: Otter Goes Fishing in Baileys Harbor

An otter went fishing for salmon in Baileys Harbor Monday, Oct. 3.  Susan Livengood captured it with her iphone at the Baileys Harbor marina.  “I thought I was watching two otters playing but as they got closer, I could see it was an otter fishing,” Livengood said.
