Volunteer Fair at YMCA Features Workshops

With the aim of bringing together local community-based organizations with job seekers and volunteers, the not-for-profit job and volunteer fair will be held at the Door County YMCA in Sturgeon Bay on March 1 from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm.

The Door County YMCA and the Door County Community Foundation are co-sponsoring the fair. The fair is a unique opportunity for nonprofits to showcase their services and highlight employment and volunteer opportunities. Interested not-for profit organizations that would like to reserve a table should contact Sam at 920.743.4949 or [email protected]. The registration deadline to reserve a booth is Feb. 25 and there is no registration fee.

This event is free to the public. Job seekers and volunteers are encouraged to attend. A resume-writing workshop will be held at 11 am and an interviewing skills workshop will be held at noon in the Board Room. Both workshops are sponsored by We Are HOPE, Inc.
