Wedding: Amanda and Troy Kelly

Amanda Marie DiIulio, formerly of Ellison Bay, and Lieutenant Jordan Troy Kelly of Philadelphia, Penn., were married on Aug. 13, 2016. The ceremony took place at Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church in Ellison Bay. A reception for 162 guests was held under a tent on top of the Ellison Bay hill. Amanda and Troy Kelly live in Arlington, Virginia. Amanda, BSN, is a 2009 UWGB nursing graduate. She is employed at Inova Alexandria Hospital where she works in Cardiac ICU. Troy, an industrial engineer graduate of Penn State, is currently a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Emily DiIulio, the bride’s sister, was Maid of Honor, and Troy’s friend Kevin Hoffman served as the best man.
