Jeanne Kuhns’ Annual “Last” Holiday Concert

Guitarists/vocalists Jeanne Kuhns and Marybeth Mattson will join pianist Jimmy Kaplan and bassist Paul Sowinski during a holiday concert on Dec. 21, 7 pm.

Guests can purchase beer, wine and snacks as the quartet plays original holiday tunes as well as covers from Bing Cosby to Cher.

Kuhns started performing an annual Christmas show 15 years ago at Sister Bay’s Base Camp Coffee Shop. When the shop closed, the show continued at various other venues.

2022 was supposed to be Kuhns’ last Christmas concert, as she was planning to move out of Door County. But plans changed and Kuhns is still here – so she changed the name of the concert to Jeanne Kuhns’ Annual “Last” Holiday Concert, just in case. 

Tickets can be purchased at the door; no reservations are required. The suggested donation is $20 per person. 

The concert will be held at Kick Ash Coffee, 12001 Mink River Rd. in Ellison Bay.
