Max qualified for Olympic trials during the June 4-5 weekend in Brown Deer, Wis. At 16, he will be one of the youngest competitors in the trials.

Both of these young men have grown up through the Door County YMCA swim program, DCY Swim. They also attended the PEAK Performance program at the Y for several years, which is geared toward elite athletic development. In addition, they spent countless hours volunteering for YMCA programs while demonstrating their incredible commitment to the team and to their own personal development.

The Door County YMCA and this community wish both of them all the best as they continue to achieve their goal of reaching the Olympic team.
