Sue and Joe Jarosh Named Maifest Parade Marshals

Sue and Joe Jarosh were named the Maifest parade marshals by the Jacksonport Advancement Association. The Jaroshes have spent much of their lives in Jacksonport. Sue and Joe ran Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts for more than 30 years and they also helped create the Jacksonport Area Business Association (JABA), Jacksonport brochure and town logo. They have served in leadership roles and as active members of many Jacksonport organizations. They were the local and national winners of the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program representing Door County in 2014.

Since their retirement with the sale of the Jacksonport Craft Cottage in 2015, they are still involved in serving Jacksonport. Sue runs the Jacksonport Farmers Market and Joe serves on the boards of JABA, the Jacksonport Polar Bear Club and Leadership Door County.
