The Rough and Tumble Plays at Woodwalk June 21

Woodwalk is starting off its 2019 concert series with The Rough and Tumble on June 21, 7 pm.

The dumpster-folk, thrift store-Americana duo of Mallory Graham and Scott Tyler has been hobbling around the country in a 16-foot camper since 2015, when a Nashville landlord left them without heat during an ice storm for 12 days.

The Rough and Tumble are scrappy, industrious crafters of songwriting with illustration, arranging each song with a menagerie of instruments, releasing five EPs and two albums in their eight years, and playing upwards of 150 shows a year.

Doors will open at 5:30 pm; Small Forest will open the evening. Attendees may have a picnic before the show but must make a table reservation beforehand. Drinks and ice cream treats will be available for purchase. No carry-in alcohol is allowed. Tickets are $20 cash at the door. To make reservations, call 920.629.4877 or 920.495.2928.
