We Are HOPE Inc. Honors Volunteers at Celebration of HOPE

We Are HOPE, Inc. will honor a number of important volunteers this year at the Celebration of HOPE event on Sept. 26 at Stone Harbor Resort & Conference Center in Sturgeon Bay. According to Sandy Duckett, CEO of We Are HOPE, Inc., “Volunteers play a critical role in any nonprofit organization. We are grateful to all of our volunteers who assist our organization in setting the direction of We Are HOPE, Inc., which allows us to serve the hundreds of individuals and families in Door, Kewaunee, and Brown County areas. We are HOPE, Inc. provides services to people in need of employment/career services and home energy services.”

The following volunteers will be recognized this year: Leaderships Awards – Amy Sullivan, Gina Totaro and Ben Wingert; Excellence Award – Byron L. Walter Family Trust; Volunteer of the Year – Rudy Senarighi; Helping Hand Award – Todd Nelson.

The Celebration of HOPE will also include the HOPE Treasure Chest Auction featuring wonderful creations from area artists. Tickets for the luncheon are $35 per person. The afternoon session is $20 or $50 for the entire event. The HOPE Treasure Chest Auction is open to the public from 10:30 am to 2 pm.
