Highway 57 between Baileys Harbor and Sister Bay has been closed since early September, but reopened Wednesday just in time for the thousands of visitors flocking to Sister Bay’s Fall Festival. Traffic has been detoured down County Q as crews replaced a culvert between Ahrens Road and Meadow Road near Baileys Harbor.
