YMCA Leaps Into Strong Kids Campaign with Family Fun Night
Leap into the Door County YMCA for Family Fun Night on March 9 from 6 – 8 pm at the Sturgeon Bay program center. Community residents are invited to bring the whole family to a rainforest of fun that will make everyone forget that it’s winter in Wisconsin.

Door County Cross Country Ski Report, Feb. 17
Warm temperatures this week has caused what little snow we had to disappear in much of the county. There are a few snow showers in this week’s weather forecast so we will continue the ski report while there is still hope.

Kristine Thatcher’s “Niedecker” Performed
Peninsula Players will present a reading of Kristine Thatcher’s stage portrait of beloved Wisconsin poet Lorine Niedecker Monday, Feb. 27 at Scandia in Sister Bay at 7 pm.

Victory Farm Headlines AFT’s 2012 Season
American Folklore Theatre’s (AFT) 2012 season features the debut of the first play written by the team of Emilie Coulson and Katie Dahl. Victory Farm is a story of “family, forgiveness, and the fruits of our labor” set in World War II Door County.

Last Chance to Visit “Ghosts!” at Maritime Museum
