Winemaker’s Dinner at Parallel 44

Noble Museum Presents “A House in Mourning”
“A House in Mourning” is the special exhibit of Victorian Era funeral items on display at the Alexander Noble House Museum in Fish Creek. The museum is “in mourning” to depict the September 1905 death of Alexander Noble with windows, doors and mirrors draped in black crape, and the clocks have been stopped at the time of Noble’s death.

Learn “The History of the Ridges Sanctuary” with the BHHS

Perhaps I was a bit overdressed for country western line dancing at the Carrington Pub with my cowboy hat and bandana. One woman had a set of cowboy boots, and there may have been a few tasseled shirts, but the common factor between all of the dancers was mild inexperience paired with a willingness to learn.
