Movies That Matter Series Presents “Life, Above All” at UUF
Life, Above All will be shown as part of the Movies That Matter series at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on July 17 at 4:30 pm. This film is an emotional and universal drama about a young girl who fights the fear and shame that have poisoned her community.

Ice Cream Social at The Clearing
The public is welcome to join The Clearing Folk School’s friends and neighbors at an old-fashioned ice cream social on July 18. Sample six flavors of ice cream and all the fixings including homemade hot fudge from The Clearing kitchen.

“Dream Big” at the Egg Harbor Library
The Egg Harbor branch of the Door County Library will host the “Dream Big” Dress-up Party on June 30. Kids from pre-kindergarten through third grade are invited to a “Dream Big” party to celebrate the library’s summer theme, “Dream Big – Read!” Participants should think about what they want to be when they grow up, and are invited to come dressed as that person.
