Frostbite Open Returns to Ephraim New Year’s Day
The Red Putter will host the county’s coldest golf tournament, the second annual Frostbite Open, New Year’s Day in Ephraim. The Ephraim mini golf course will serve hot beverages and chili to keep players warm as they compete for $1,100 in prize money.

Ministry Door County Medical Center Hosts “Art for Health” Children Workshops
The popular Art for Health workshops for children are beginning at the end of January. Sponsored by Ministry Door County Medical Center (MDCMC), these free workshops focus on music and art using performance, demonstrations and other fun activities with popular regional and local visual and performing artists.

The singer/songwriter duo Lou and Peter Berryman will be featured in concert Jan. 11 at the White Gull Inn in Fish Creek. Tickets for the 8 pm concert, the third in a series of six, are $16.

Bjorklunden Hosts Solo and Chamber Works Recital
Lawrence University’s Bjِrklunden will host a concert Jan. 8 at 1:30 pm. Lawrence Conservatory student members of the National Association for Music Education will perform a recital of solo and chamber works for a variety of instruments.
