After nearly 10 years of managing town business, Baileys Harbor Town Clerk Doug Smith has tendered his resignation. “It’s time for a new adventure,” he said. “I’m hoping it’s here.” Smith began working for the town on May 7, 2007 and his last official day will be March 31, 2017.
